Recently, the MES system developed and implemented by ZQSOFT for SENTURY’s Morocco factory was successfully launched. 系统覆盖轮胎生产从原材料到成品的全流程数字化管理，并通过多语言界面（中文、英文、阿拉伯语），实现对关键数据的实时监控和全程可追溯，确保每一条轮胎的质量稳定。

Full Digitalization and Quality Traceability

The system provides end-to-end digital management from raw materials to finished tires. With a multi-language interface (Chinese, English, Arabic), it enables real-time monitoring of critical data and full traceability, ensuring consistent tire quality.

        3.         工艺与配方远程管控

MES系统支持青岛总部对摩洛哥工厂的远程指挥，可实时下达生产计划、配方调整等指令，确保工艺标准在不同区域间的同步实施。

Remote Control of Processes and Recipes

The MES system enables Qingdao headquarters to remotely oversee operations at the Morocco factory, allowing real-time production planning and recipe adjustments to ensure consistent process standards across regions.
